If you install the fix for PK68668 onto a WebSphere Portal 6.0.1.x server running Lotus Quickr services for WebSphere Portal, then you can no longer create templates.

At this time, do not install this PK68668 fix onto a Portal server running Lotus Quickr. This fix is being reviewed by product development, and it will be updated in the near future.
via IBM – Lotus Quickr customers should not install WebSphere Portal fix PK68668 at this time.
