I found this real helpful link regarding the menu mapping changes that have occurred from Notes 6/7 to Notes 8. This will help you in navigating around Notes 8. If you are used to navigating a certain way in Notes 6/7, how you navigate to certain features have changed slightly. Hope this helps.
