IBM – Business Card images not visible in Sametime Connect Client

Problem

Lotus Sametime Connect users can not view images in Business Card feature. At times, other contact information is similarly not visible.

Symptom

When the user’s Business Card image is replaced with a smaller size image, the new photo displays as expected.
