Question
In Lotus Notes®/Lotus Domino®, the “Replicate when Notes starts” and “Replicate when Notes ends” settings are enabled in users’ Location Documents. The administrator wants to disable these settings. However, unchecking the “Replicate when Notes starts” and “Replicate when Notes ends” options in a desktop settings policy doesn’t disable them on the user workstations.
Is it is possible to use a desktop settings policy to enable these settings? If the settings are already enabled, is it possible to disable them using this type of policy?
via IBM – Can replication be disabled using a desktop settings policy?.
