Problem
The Notes Client Plugin for Sametime Instant Messaging uses Microsoft Internet Explorer installed on the workstation to provide some chat window functionality. Once you install or upgrade to Internet Explorer version 8, however, word wrap no longer works in the text input window of a Sametime chat session. The text appears all on a single line.
Cause
This issue is specific to Internet Explorer 8.
