There are several types of notifications that can be enabled within Lotus Quickr 8.5:
* Policy-type notifications, which are in the WebSphere Portal composite application infrastructure (CAI)
* Place notifications (adding members; also in the WebSphere Portal CAI)
* Library workflow notifications (in Lotus Quickr)
* Project Task notifications (in Lotus Quickr)
