Lotus Notes and Lotus Domino 8.5.3, which was announced in October 2011, is the latest maintenance release for version 8.5. This scheduled maintenance release contains both defect fixes and new features. IBM recommends upgrading to the latest Maintenance Release and Fix Pack combination for your version to receive the broadest set of fixes available.
