Last week IBM made some key improvements to the LotusLive portfolio, making it easier for administrators and end users to collaborate and interact with one another within a web-based environment. This new cloud-based service includes some really exciting features, some of which include:
- New social collaboration features
- New messaging features
- Mailbox data transfer
- Quality-of-service improvements
