IBM – Migration Central for WebSphere Portal and Web Content Management

Several of my customers are undertaking a seemingly daunting task of migrating from Portal v5.x to v6.1 or v6.0.x to v6.1.  Questions like, where do I start?  How do I plan?  What are the steps?  What are the Best Practices?  What are the “gotchas”?  Where do I go to find resources on migration?

Well look no further, IBM has created a central location to help answer all your questions regarding migration.  Now set aside some time and peruse through the information to better equiped you and your staff for this not so daunting endeavor.  It’s only daunting if you think it is and aren’t prepared.  Don’t quoate me on that, but I think I found that quote in a Fortune Cookie.  🙂
